A former Dunedin student who crept around the city’s student precinct filming women in the shower and pocketing their underwear has been jailed for similar offending in Gisborne.

Rowan Blackbourn, 26, first came to the attention of police — and national news media — during 2018 when he was caught offending as a 20-year-old at Otago Polytechnic.
