Intensification paradox

Kiwis should not live on productive land and enjoy a “useful” amount of space — because, relatively speaking, they don’t “produce” much that the market values.

That’s exactly where Kiwis should be living because it “produces” happier, healthier people.

Living within one’s means has always been a necessity and “necessity is the mother of invention”. To do this, people need more space, not less. NZ/Gisborne has plenty of it.

No one wants neighbours looking down on them — only up to you.
