Why, because I look successful? Look happy? Look like I know what the hell I am doing?

Don’t you know that looks can be deceiving?

Don’t you know that I awoke at 3am in a crying fit?

Struggling for breath in between contractions of loneliness.

Don’t you know that every day is a series of distractions from the question,

“What is the point of all this?”

I have it as much together as the next person.
