MILLS, Grace. Passed away peacefully in her home on the 4th May 2024, aged 92 years of age. Loved wife of Des. Mother to John, Barbara, Pauline, and mother in law to Nick. Nana to Kylie Te Maari (nee Mills), Oriwia, Geraldine, Elliot, Vikrant and Oliver. Great grandmother to Lily, Harvey, Toby, Te Mokotahi Moeau, Lucy-Skyler Moaeu, Hunter Te Maari, Kynan Mills-Totora, Honey and Auahi Paul. Dearly loved by her sister Pat and family, Honey, Warwick, Lauren and her extended family. She was an aunty and friend to many. She will be missed. A special thanks to all that supported her in her last years, especially to all her beloved carers, Three Rivers Medical/ Pharmacy staff, Kerry Diamond (O/T), Community R/Ns, the DHB, and Hospice. You made it possible for her to be where she loved to be, and we are very grateful. The funeral service will be held at Evans Chapel, Ormond Road at 11am on Saturday 11th May followed by interment at Taruheru Lawn Cemetery.
