Re: Multiple humiliations, Nov 1 letter.

How demoralising for the victims of this poor, humiliated rapist; he gets paid a $1000 because he was strip-searched. Wow, how generous of the NZ system; do his victims get any compensation for the abuse and humiliation they endured? Incredible; commit a vicious crime and get paid for it seems to be the way to go, people — the law doesn’t seem to work for you; only the criminals!

The law is crazy and this ruling to compensate a rapist is sending entirely the wrong message to everyone here in New Zealand. I’m disgusted.
