Lost camera on walkway, would love memory card
My wife and I have just returned to the UK following a seven-week visit to New Zealand — including one week in Gisborne at the start of January 2020, where sadly we lost our Nikon digital camera. At the time we were enjoying a tricycle ride around the city, so the camera was lost somewhere on the walkway.
It's not so much the loss of the camera but the memory card inside it containing lots of memories.
We did report the loss to your Police Station within an hour of discovering we'd lost it but heard nothing from them, so it clearly hasn't been handed in.
We are hoping that whoever found the camera might return it — or more importantly, just the memory card — anonymously, to a solicitor in Auckland who would cover any postage costs to their office and forward it on to us; notably Monsellier Law, 2/40 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.
