Workers robbed of clothes
POLICE arrested three youths who allegedly demanded the clothes three Pak’nSave workers had on as they went to work last night.
Police were called at about 10.30pm.
“The three male workers were accosted by a group in the supermarket carpark who allegedly demanded the clothes they were wearing, and cigarettes,” a police spokesman told The Herald.
“The workers handed their clothes over and the youths made off.”
They were arrested nearby not long afterwards.
“One of them, aged 16, was found to have a tomahawk in his possession.
“He was charged with possessing an offensive weapon and they were all charged with aggravated robbery.”
