Mail failing to get through
My daughter couriered a gift to my wife a week before mother’s day. This never arrived, but apparently according to NZ Post’s website it was delivered.
My daughter contacted NZ Post and they wanted details of where it was purchased and couriered from, so she got in contact with the retailer.
The lady was so upset my wife didn’t receive her gift that she sent it again at her own expense.
Again, according to NZ Post’s website this parcel was delivered yesterday. And guess what? It wasn’t.
So now my daughter is out of pocket, the retailer is out of pocket and NZ Post has been paid twice for something they haven’t delivered.
Moral of the story, do not use NZ Post to courier your items.
