Beware too much meat, seafood . . .


Those who wish to continue eating copious quantities of red meat and seafood need to beware — that way lies constipation and gout.

They need to realise that they need more Greens rather than fewer.

    Yes, we need lots of veges, but there is nothing wrong with small amounts of lean red meat and fish. In fact, fish is good for you.
