GD’s famous ambrosia


1 small pottle of cream

1 large container of fruit yoghurt

1 packet of marshmallows cut into small cubes (or you can get these already cubed from the supermarket)

500-750g of raspberries — fresh or frozen


Whip cream

Fold in yoghurt

Add cubed marshmallows

Add raspberries

Combine ingredients

Refrigerate until serving

Top with strawberries before serving.

Keeps well in the refrigerator.
