Making this treat is one of Nan's Christmas traditions. The only problem is, it's so moreish, it never quite lasts until Christmas Day. It's so easy and quick to make, Bonny (below) whipped it up in no time for his work shout . . .
1½ cups mixed fruit
2 cups rice bubbles
1 cup milk powder
1 cup coconut
¾ cup icing sugar
230g (8oz) Kremelta (or 230g melted white chocolate)
Mix dry ingredients
Melt kremelta or melted chocolate
Mix together and press into a shallow tin.
Feel free to change fruit to your liking.
