Stake claim to land steak title on your plate

ENTRIES for the 2012 Poverty Bay Steak of Station competition close this Friday and the winner will be announced at this year’s A & P Show.

Judging will be carried out “on hoof” and “on the hook”, which makes up for half of the final score — the remainder of points will be judged on the steak flavour.

Final judging, of the taste category, will be held at the Show on Friday, October 12.
