Team tussle rounds off trials
A HEADING dog and huntaway team competition capped off this year’s events at the J. and T. Hickey Trust Charity Sheep Dog Trials on Sunday.

Around 200 heading dogs and 40 huntaways competed on Sunday in what rounded out a busy weekend at the Riding for Disabled Association’s indoor arena.

The winning team was, from left, Colin Bayliss with Hope and Deano Brensell with Tarzan.

Second placed team was Rob Jeffery with Herb and Anthony Hughes with Tess. Third place went to Roger Strachan with Sky and Mark Kennedy with Brook.
